Your rev counter is I believe, operated from the alternator, so do you have a good earth to the engine block? The fuel gauge works through the frame earth, as the feed is from +ive through the gauge and then out to the tank. Generally, it sounds as though you have an earthing problem. By the way, :welcome2: to the asylum, and there's really no need to post the same thing in multiple threads.
