I bought a land rover today, I fancied the discovery.... But gave into my wife wanting the freelander, Im sitting here thinking I should of left her at home...
 
tut tut, anuva one wiv a dent in the top of his head!
shouldda bought the Disco - or even better a real landy!

Hi everyone, feel like topping myself now ! No didnt get the diesel....
Got the 2.5 v6 Auto........ Dont get me wrong I do like the freelander, my dads got the diesel disco, which was why I went to buy one... Divorce on the cards I think.

you'll get to know the staff at your local filling station very well.
 
10 out of 10 to the salesman who talked him out of a disco into a V6 flander, bet hes manager took him up the pub.;)
 
No sorry, i should have bought a 300tdi instead of the td5 me thinks, only time will tell, theyre all land rovers FFS so anything could happen.
 
Thanks for honest answers ! keeping the freelander for family and getting myself a diesel disco for my own fun..... Just a bit worried about head gasket on v6.. could it still blow if only used around town and not throttling it ?
