Hi,
The names Jim and I'm the proud owner of a 2 wheel drive 2001 Freelander s as the previous owner decided to remove rather than replace the propshafts so looking for a complete assembly if anyone knows of any going haha found one on eBay ordering next week any recommendations on must does for light green Laning all year round would be nice look forward to learning about this new addiction of mine haha

If you've found one, just buy it. Mainly because you cannot buy, sell, or subtly , pretend you are not doing either, onnthis site, unless you have 50 constructive posts.
Once you have it, I am sure there will lots of help and advice in the dedicated Freelander section.
 
2WD Jim is a good name, I will call you that from now :)

Not uncommon for shafts to be removed, okay short term.

Cheers guys luckily I've found a freelander with a seized engine localish to me can't pick it up till next week tho but I'm hoping just to swap the whole prop assembly, I was told they did it cause the carrier bearings went I assume they meant the vcu, they took the whole lot off so that's why I thought get a donor in the end my ones to nice to strip it's worth saving imo
