Hi,

Range rover p38 1995 2.5DSE
since a few weeks i have problems with the hevac:
-after driving for a while I only get very hot air in to the cabine.

Nanocom says:
-(32) compressor clutch control circuit (fault type= current)
-(55) distribution door motor stalled (fault type = current)
-almost all lines says 'GND' (see pictures)

Any advise on where to start looking to solve this? I'm not very expierenced with electrics but want to learn this.

Thank for the help.

First thing to look at is the blend motor for the distribution flap, or you could try using Nanocom to force it to move. Do the same with the heat blend motors to see what is and is not working. The aircon may simply be no gas in the system.

The compressor clutch error is saying the HEVAC is not seeing the expected current from the compressor clutch. Low gas opens the dual pressure switch, so the clutch cannot operate. But it could also be a faulty or open circuit clutch !!

Early HEVAC drive the clutch directly. Later version use a relay.
