Dates for our foray onto Salisbury Plain. Sat 30th & Sun 31st August.


Discobasher knows a pucker campsite for the Sat night.

Suggest we set off reasonably early Sat morning, do some lanes, set up tents, find Pub for dinner. Sunday, Laning all day, leave about 6pm to come home.

was thinking more liike leaving on the friday afternoon. Is this out of the question?
 
Saturday Morning early sounds a good plan to me (I'm in)! looks like were gonna have us a con-Voy! Cbs all round then! Jai
 
Saturday morning, on the road at 7.00, there by 10.00.
I couldn't leave before 19.00 on Friday, so that would mean 22.00 down there, setting up tents in the dark, no thanks.
Early start, we miss nothing and get another night in a decent bed.
 
Well, we've got a month to sort it out.

I'm flexible on dates. Sounds like this one might actually require some organising.

If Discobasher can't do 30/31, would anybody have a problem the week after? If nothing else, it gives everybody an extra week to make sure everything works.
