hi, guys
has any of you done and fitted a new front crankshaft seal
my has a leak (small) behind the front pulley:doh:
got a seal coming tomorrow only £7, just wondering is it going to be hard to do,also have i got to remove the rad and pipes, or can it be done from underneath the car
any help please

you should be able to do it in situ if its a v8, undo the crank pulley bolt before you take anything else off cos it will be tight i had to have sump off and jam the crank with a pry bar, this was on an old engine tho so not sure if its wise on a good enjin!

yes it is a v8 4.6 ,never done before i will have a go as long it can be done
