Hi all, new to this forum &* hoping a fellow freelander owner can help me with my problem.
I have just replaced the fuel return assembly on my 98 diesel DI freelander. This went fine, but when i was removing the fuel cooler hose from the return pipe nipple the plastic hose coupler/connector has snaped inside the rubber hose.
My question: Do i now have to replace the whole fuel cooling unit just because the plastic joiner has snapped? I tried to pull the remains of the connector out of the rubber hose but im not sure in the plastic continues all the way up the pipe to the cooler unit.
I hope this makes sence. Any help is much appriciated. I can upload pics if needs be. Many Thanks.
