Freelander trouble starting
Hi guys, I have a freelander ta4 06, over the past year I have had trouble starting, it has been with 3 mechanics, all have said that no fault comes up on diagnostics, injector leak back test shows little difference in leak back, all fuel pumps checked no problem, but here's the rub.
1 on starting sometimes after turning over quiet a few times the engine fires but no acceleration, it runs at about 500rpm but will not rise even with food hard down on the throttle
2 most if not all the time if I travel about a mile, switch off for about 20 minutes then try to start it takes about 15 turned of the starter motor,
3 it blows a lot of blue/white smoke when it does start and runs at first lumpy,
The leak back test showed 100mil in 3 and 90 in the 4th after about 10 minutes
Any ideas it's stumped quiet a few
