W wantaquad Active Member May 7, 2011 #3 Hi There, yep it is and all you can do is drfill the heads off and punch out he bases. You cab then either re rivet them or use guttering bolts, due to the flat slotted heads, cut really short to refix. Personally I re rivetted mine. Good Luck
