Doin my ed in now, pump referbed, valve block done ( had split dia ) , all new 'o' rings, no leakes. Sits nose down after an hour or so. Leave overnight, start, soft fault, stop leave for 5min no fault, all ok for half an hour then hard fault on stops. Pump overheating i pressume. If left in access mode starts with soft fault but no air in tank, up of stops in 4 mins so pump ok. Could it be a non return sticking open constantly dumping air slowly, but enough to make pump run nearly all the time.

If pump is running nearly all the time, then you probably still have leaks somewhere. . . . . . which is gonna kill your pump refurb.
  1. How did you test valve block for leaks ?
  2. How long does it take for pump to fill the tank with drivers door open ?
If valve block is properly sealed & front drops when parked, then either front airbags or the pipes feeding them are leaking.

If NRV1 is leaking then you will lose tank air overnight. Fill the tank, then switch car off. Now put finger over exhaust silencer port. If you feel air coming out them yes NRV1 is probably leaking.

Ok first thanks for replys
diag comes up with fr os sensor somthing ( need to re check it )
Have reset all heights all working fine untill parked
Checked every where for leeks with soapy water spray.
Tank fills in around 6-8 mins.
Not loseing tank air overnight.
Have taken silenser off valve block and air is leaking around every 3 mins with egnition off, only a little but enough to drop the front after about an hour.
Im thinking one of the NRVs.
not sure why theres 3, is it front, back, tank ? Just a guess.
Pump runs and runs with the odd short pause so its up to pressure but loses it straight away.
Your thoughts on this are much appreciated

Before you lock up, stick her on wading height and then pull the delay timer. See how she looks in the morning.

Thanks, will try that tonight and report back.
Im still thinking NRV.
At least the over heat works o_O

NRV's are for Tank, Inlet & Exhaust. Below is the air circuit from the EAS System Info Doc.

Air exhausting every 3 minutes shows something is wrong, because EAS Timer should only self-level every 30 minutes. When you get the exhaust air every 3mins, are any of the valves clicking ? If not then you definitely have leaks.

If the airbags & pipes are good, they can only deflate from two causes. First is self-levelling, and second is leaks inside the Valve Block. Definitely pull the delay timer and re-check the exhaust port.

Did you use Orange or Black valve seal kit ?

Thanks,
Black o rings.
The original problem was that it changed height as and when it felt like it, so did pump and valve block, the diafram was split so problem solved so i thought, this strange behavier has only started since the block was serviced so i think somthings not right there, strange only the front drops

Thanks, that usually comes up after a hard fault caused by the pump overheating and shutting down, all the levels i have programed are fine when working whitch leads me to think its not a sensor

Nothing to do with front dropping but if original problem was jumping to wade height just because it wants to then could be driver pack

Thanks everyone, trying anything at mo, avin a chat with wammers, the king of eas, hope to get sorted soooooon, pray for me.

If you are deaf and rely on lip reading they say he (Wams) speaks a language know only to himself......
Speaking of lip reading.....>

He's not so far from Winter Hill so you're in luck there. I'm not sure if you're allowed over the threshold unless you've got a decent single-malt otherwise 'tis said he throws the empties at you.

It has been said that he may have designed the system in the first place and LR stole it, barstuards :D
