Just bought some chrome handles and wing mirrors for my car put them on yesterday.

But just a thought... do I need to inform my insurance or not? I'm with Elephant. I'm presuming not so as it's only minor, but just need some re-assurance!

Hi,

I'd recommend giving your insurer a call to at least notify them. At least that way if the worst happens you will have covered your back.

I can't speak for all insurers but we would note it on the policy but it is unlikely you would be charged any additional premium.
