Hi Guys,
Stuck in a pickle, L322 TD6 (2004) Steering column went wrong, and wouldnt lock and unlock, after sourcing a decent second hand unit, unplugged existing column and plugged in donor and car was perfect, so effected the repair. HOWEVER, our work lamp died and so started stupidly using a worklamp powered by the L322s battery.
Battery flat, and hence went to start it and it's "immobilised" when I plug it in with my Autel Diagnostics.
Car Wedged in unit, and could do with someone with a faultmate/testbook or Autologic to Re-Sync the immobiliser ???? Any helpers around Ashton Under Lyne or surrounding areas willing to help me out of a pickle for some cash and beer ???
before anyone suggests fuse 18, the column is locking and unlocking, ignition key will turn, and ignition lights on.... ECU/EWS is stopping it firing the starter...
at the current rate, can see us having to resort to struggling it out of the unit its in and tow it to a Landy Specialist.
