Hi All,
Well I've finally registered. Been googling and pulling up this site for years but for some reason never registered. So here I am.
I have owned a 94 3.9 Disco (200 shape) for around 8 years now. Was once my daily drive, no she is the toy. lifted etc etc.
Recently I bought a 300tdi Disco (an early 94 one) for a daily drive. bought it with 200K on the clock its got the normal rust but that doesn't worry me to much as I am handy with a welder
However its the first diesel I have ever owned. Well please so far. Averaging 35 mpg (yes I have already "played" with the pump so the truck now pulls well and Im only getting a little smoke when pulling the horse box up a long hill. (Those times when you think, yep the V8 definitely has more torque from the get go lol)
Anyway, I will try and be an active member helping those were I can with info I know about (LPG being the big one as been involved with that for over 10 years now)
However will probably have several tdi questions along the line also
Bye for now.
