Afternoon all, just got my Disco last week and have been eager to get onto the forum ever since. I am living in Dubai and have done so for the last 7 years. Have had a few different cars, new and old, but after having a Disco in South Africa many years ago, I decided to get another one. Again it is a V8, but this time an auto. Got it cheap 15,000 AED (3000 GBP) and 130,000 Kms on the clock. Body looks great as is the interior. Engine seems to be fine, but have just put it in for a check up and got the breakdown today!!! Not surprised to be honest, but I was willing to spend a bit on it to make it safe. Anyway, looking forward to being a part of this great forum.
