Hello everyone, i have just purchased a 1998 Freelander TDi.
I am picking it up tommorrow (27/04/2007), cant wait tbh.
My parents had a new one a while ago (2000 i tink) and have always liked them.
I have purchased the car due to various reasons, i currently drive a 24v Ford Probe which is very thirsty and not very practical. I have changed jobs recently and sometimes need to carry 30 basketballs & 30 footballs around primary schools as i am a sports coach. And finally me and my dad have a boat on a trailer which needs to be towed around + he has just bought a large touring caravan.
So overall i decided the freelander was a practical everyday car and useful when towing the caravan etc.........
Will be nice to speak to you all soon, is there anything i should be looking out for when i get the car tommorrow or need to change to prevent costly bills?
Thanks Kris
