I'm glad I found this forum as all the others seem to have vanished into the ether.
I have a 1983 (Diesel) series 3 2.25 88" and she's always trying to force me into an asylum. SWMBO is constantly saying, "get rid of it!" but I can't!
She doesn't offroad in the usual sense, crosses a few fields once in while as we live in rural Suffolk, but no greenlaning or other abuse. Infact she doesn't do a great deal of milage really. Her previous owners were rather lax in the upkeep department though and since buying her (for more than I shold have paid) I've renewed allsorts and spent, as my other half says, "another vehicle" on her. She's not the prettiest thing to look at but she's a Landy!
If I can't sort the current problem out quickly (and cheaply!) I may be forced to drive a nondescript white van thing...so I really need your expertise!
