Hi everybody!
New to all this. Always wanted a Land Rover of some sort but as I'm not working and money is tight I thought I'd never get one.
However what I did have was a couple of motorbikes belonging to my wife's late partner, but none of us can ride them. After them sitting in our bedroom for the last five years (don't ask...) I found an ad on Gumtree of a bloke selling a 2001 petrol Freelander, but he would consider a swap for a bike or boat.
He liked the 600 Bandit so I'll be getting my Freelander any day now.
I checked this forum before I went to view the Freelander so I was able to look out for a few things. It looked fine to me but as I have said, I'm no expert.
Anyway, as it's a petrol 2001 model with 103,000 on the clock, I'll probably be on here a lot, bending ears.
