Hi,
Thought id introduce myself after hiding in the shadows for a while. Ive had several Landys, but have now got myself a toy for the winter. A disco 300tdi 1995 (been to the moon & back at 198000!)

Jobs to do:
Replace boot floor, weld up/fill up various holes!
Underseal everything
Carry out full service
Replace timing belt kit
Remove tow bar
Fit 2 x door lock springs

So far i have repaired the drivers seat (fat ba5tard farmer had flattened it) & Raised it up by about 15mm as i felt it was too low.
Replaced the O/S/R door as it was stoved in.

Removed the front valance & cut back the bumber.

I have ordered myself some 235/85/16 Insas & a Snorkel.

I was looking at doing a 2" body lift but having done various searches on here there are many good arguments for & against. I'll fit the tyres, trim the arches and see how it goes.

Ive given myself a budget of £1500, and so far im up to about £1200.

Ill mainly be playing on Sailsbury plain & the byways around (My brother lives that way) there seem to be very few tracks around Cambridge (feel free to enlighten me if you know of some) So nothing too mental, just a bit of mud-plugging fun over the winter.

Anyway, thank you for all the info ive gathered so far, be prepared for daft questions!
