hi all, I am 59 yrs old and live in Great Yarmouth. Always wanted a Landy and have now got a TD4 Freelander on an 03 plate. Had the car since Feb 2015 and up until now, not had any problems. Over a couple of weeks the car became more difficult to start. I could hear a strange noise coming from the offside rear wheel arch. I was told it was the fuel pump/filter unit. I have replaced the filter and pump but still have this noise coming from the wheel arch and the car still refuses to start. Have also removed and cleaned fuel sender unit and filters.

One question would be where do I disconnect the fuel line to check if there is fuel pressure at the engine end?
