Iv never heard of a heavy duty one to be honest.
Does he mean the V8 one converted to run with the TD5? That was a thing a while back. But the three bolt mounting thingy has to be converted to 4 bolt.

Yeah it's the torque converter from the D2 V8 and (I think) the P38 4.0 V8
Ashcrofts, didn't they do one ?
They did but I think they either stopped doing one or the lead time is very long.
But I may be misremembering.

You can make your own if you can get a TC off a V8, but you have to replace the drive plate/flange thingy with one from a TD5 as mentioned above.
I did consider it but in the end didn't bother, just too used to driving it as is by now.
