My 03 Td5, heater is blowing hot air only no matter where the controls are positioned and the Air con is not working.

Any suggestions what to check please.

Lack of refrigerant gas in the system If you think it's an AC issue but then it could be electrical/mechanical have look see at the damper controls. Take you pick.
