rok, so I have a retro fitted 200tdi.
The heater unit was overhauled prior to the engine swap & was TOASTY on the old 19J engine, all new foam seals replaced & was perfect.

I also have a digi water temp gauge fitted as well.
I KNOW the 200 tdi engine does run cooler but...
As per other threads my heater doesn't blow hot...
I have changed the stat.
I have sealed the air leak into the engine bay.
The hose pipes to the matrix are BOTH hot to touch.
The heater flap valve wire moves when tried...
I have no coolant loss.
There is lots of air flow throughout both outlets into the cab.
Any ideas apart from removing the whole unit?
