Hi
Ive searched the forum to no avail.
My heated front screen does not work (previous owner said it did work) 2011 D90. There is no fuse in the fuse box, I have tried to put one in but it is though there is nothing to grip it in the holder so I am guessing there must be a separate fuse for it. Any idea where to locate it please?

Main fuse box, F36, 30 amp. Fuse layout is usually on a label or imprinted on the inside of the fuse box cover.

F36 is empty Wimblowdriver, no fuse and hhere is nothing to hold a fuse in (no metal prongs) when I tried to put one in so Im guessing there must be an inline fuse somewhere.
No idea where though!

Worth a look at the above website, packed with useful information. If you have no fuse 36, have you actually got a heated windscreen? and the switch for it?

Yes definately got the screen & the switch!

Possibly - the fuse holder has come adrift from the fuse box and is lurking behind the fuse box?

Likely the previous owner fitted the window themselves and the fuses will be tucked away somewhere
You were correct, the fuse is between the battery & relay.
Fuses are ok
Relay clicks on/off when pressing the switch
Switch light does not work

Screen does not work.......any ideas please?

Follow the wires back. Test relay output. Just because it clicks doesn’t mean it’s working.

If you have output at the relay side. Then test the wire if no 12v there. Then there’s an issue with the wire between the relay and the screen. It’s simple enough to diagnose
