Bit of an odd one, this morning they didn't work, high beam symbol in the dash slightly ilumanated which made the headlights and side lights stop working, flicked it on and off and it went back to normal.

Now the high beam symbol is permanently slightly ilumanated and I can't get the headlights or sidelights to work. Indicators and rear lights still work.
The hazard switch I had to flick on and off a few times to get to work too. (this might be a side issue, switch has seen better days)

Fuses all good.

This is on a 1986 ex mil 110,so has the military light switch..

Any ideas?

Check the earths ....

And pull the switch out and clean the contacts up ...

Turned out to be the front left wiring to the side light, didn't blow the fuse initially but then started to blow everytime I flicked them on, connection was loose. (the side I crashed so probably me not putting them back tightly)

I'm not sure how this would effect the headlights though, they seem to be working just fine now though.
