Good afternoon gents. I'm about to wire up my wings off the td5 bulkhead loom I have and it's come to my attention that I may need a resistor within the wing? Is this right? The current wing wiring is from a '89 vehicle and my new bulkhead harness is a ROW TD5 loom. I would get new wing looms but they are about £60 a pop.

Cheers

The resistor is just for the pesky dim dip, and from memory just runs from the block behind the servo mount to the resistor and back again (you'd have to look up the circuit from there to the relay' stalk switch etc.)

Certainly wouldn't need a new wing loom for that run and back.

Mind you if it's row td5 loom was anyone else daft enough to fit dim dip...? A

Ah ok cheers both, so as row loom am I right in thinking I don't need one then? so I can just wire up wing as is?
