:doh:Mr MOT is unhappy that the headlamp aim is too low. Seem to have run out of adjustment to get aim higher. I was in with the tester fiddling, so he not having me on.

OS just OK, NS too low. Unclip the motors and there is plenty of movement to get it up.

Any ideas?

There is no indication that the vehicles been in any accident, but it is possible that the NS headlight is newish, But i recon been in befor last MOT time

Is the electric height adjuster set too low? are you adjusting the unit itself or using the leveller in the car?

No, its full in on the electric adjuster, manually adjusted, not using the switch in the car have unclipped the unit to see and make sure they are working ok.

I reckon on having the light unit off the car, to see if the unit can be packed/spaced on the bottom mount, but that's a bumper off job

Is the bulb fitted properly? Make sure it's seated properly in the headlight (while switched off as they heat up extremely quickly) and try again. I've often encountered misfitted bulbs in cars which throw out all sorts of weird images -high, low or wrong beam pattern.
