I'm getting ready to do the head gaskets on my Rangey. Any recommendations for somewhere to skim and generally sort my heads out?

I'm probably probably going to do a top end overhaul at the same time. I assume the standard cam is still the best option for replacement? It's done 154k miles so I assuming the existing cam is pretty much just round now so anything will be an improvement!
