Oh well this is interesting, 6 hours on call at the hospital, now making a start on getting the cylinder head off, drained oil and coolant, no pressure in pipes but no leaks either, big smoking exhaust yesterday, oil deff had sludge at end of drain, water in the oil no doubt,

Cheers mate, off tonight, skimmed and pressure tested £150 ?, build back up Friday, well that's the plan

Heads off only damage apart from head gasket is one failed hydraulic tappet.
