Hi all,

Last weekend I connected my trailer to my freelander and shorted out the dashboard, indicators and hazard warning lights. This was because the trailer plug had obviously got water in it during the last few days!:( Not Good!

I changed a few blown fuses and got everything back to normal except for my hazard warning lights. My indicators work fine though.

Do the hazards use the same relay as the indicators?? If not, could I have blown the relay? The fuse for the hazards seems fine.

Cheers,

Ian.

Pretty sure Ive got a spare of these. Give me a shout if you want it stuck in the post.

Fixed it!! I hadn't realised that there were more fuses under the bonnet! Fuse 7 had blown so once replaced, I became a flasher again........erm i mean my hazards work again!! lol

Cheers for the offer of the relay tho Blippie!:)

Haha! Excellent! It was all packaged up in a jiffy bag ready to go tomorrow.

Never mind, Blippie's Big Box of relays is still available to be dipped in if anyone wants any.

Cheers

Blip
