I have started to take the bolts off and have rounded 2 of them. I have no idea where to go from here, would heat be an option with it being the sump and there being oil all over it?

Any ideas would be appreciated!

hit them till you mushroom head then hammer socket on eventually knocking will free it dont forget to undo roll bar if you have one and jacj chassis away from axle as much as possible,you may need to hammer scraper in joint to break sealant

Irwin easyouts work a treat. no one who runs an old car, especially a Landy should be without them. Bashing the wrong size socket on works too.
