I placed my order on the 21st of September and paid the money and so far I have recieved nothing except a couple of emails saying it will be sent, one said probably!!
I have had enough as I thought I would rather buy my own Nanocom than pay a garage to diagnose. Now I am £150 down, car still broken and if I put it with someone now I will have to pay for diagnosis and repair. WELL AND TRULY HACKED OFF. DO NOT USED THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!
 
I'd be at that address first thing in the morning if i was you. I know its to late now but its never a good thing when a company only has a mobile number for contact. Is there no one on here that would be willing to pop along to the address to see what they have available?

It had made me really annoyed as this was supposed to be the best option. The website etc looked so convincing, I don't normally get conned like this. But I wanted my Disco sorted and was looking forward to having a gadget I could keep as long as I have the car!

Goes straight to answer phone and asks if I would like to send a text!! No I would not like to send a text!!!!!!!
My last email from them was on Tuesday when I contacted them saying I think I am out of pocket by £150.
They said they will test my unit in the morning and "probably" post by parcelforce 48!
 
Dave, I'm in exactly the same boat as you - order for a Nanocom placed on 1st September, payment transferred to their bank the same day, and then just a string of excuses about the boss being ill and how they can't supply me with what I ordered.

E-mails regularly go unanswered, and their phone number always goes straight to a recorded voice message. They have an account on Twitter, via which I've managed to get one response from one of their employees promising me a refund if I e-mailed my bank a/c number and sort code. I was also e-mailed last week by "Steve", the boss, saying how disappointed he was in his staff for not sorting my problem out while he was ill and again promising me a refund. Unsurprisingly, I'm still waiting for it.

The td5diagnostics.com domain is registered to a company calling themselves "Glowplug Holdings", with an address in Ross-on-Wye.

If nothing's been credited to my account by Monday, I'll be sending a letter by recorded delivery to both of the addresses I have for them, giving them a few more days to pay me back. If I still get no joy, I'll be filing a claim through the county court.

If you could let me know the domain registered address I will do the same with some letters via recorded delivery.
