Hello can anyone help please the Hands free phone screen won't turn off even when the car is locked and alarmed anyone have any ideas please?

If you only want it to work when the key is in position 1, you could change your feed from permanent live to switched live from the ignition, maybe?
You could also have a closed relay using the alarm system, so when the alarm is on, the hands free is off?

Hello Andy Thanks for that I don't know how to switch but I will have a look on YouTube tomorrow. The New Battery is draining down really quickly we think it is the tracker but now this phone problem has started as well it can't be helping the situation.

I'm not a specialist, but you have the option of a permanent live, an ignition live, and then usually for illumination, you can have a live when the side lights are on...
I'd have expected that there would be a permanent live to your hands free, and also a method of it knowing when the ignition was off, and then a time out after that, but let's face it, if it's an aftermarket unit, it could be wired up in any number of ways...
If your battery is draining very quickly, I'd be tempted to have it on the ignition live for now, and see whether that fixes the battery issue.
I'd be surprised if it's just the tracker that's draining the battery, as they are designed to work when the engine is off, many have internal batteries, so that disconnecting the battery wouldn't stop it working, but, they can last for a few hours up to a couple of days, depending on battery size and ping frequency etc.
You might want to have a look round with a multi meter to see what's using what power, and also considder the alternator, (as that might not be charging the battery properly) and the battery itself too, (as it may not be holding charge).

Thank you again Andy I will try that, I know it is not the battery or the alternator as they were both replaced 3 weeks ago.

Second, I know I might be asking too much here, but any chance of some details eg, which vehicle you have, what year is it, how long have you had it, how long has this issue been happening ,and little things like that.
These all help to give an idea of whether you should be changing any settings, or is it under warranty, do other members have the same vehicle, have they had similar issues, etc.
