Seeing some awesome Landies with Halo Led headlights, decided i'd have a nose but most threads are a bit old and yet again end up more confused than when i started.

Found price varies massively - some very cheap ones on Bearmach, some a few hundred quid a piece - are they now legal to use & if not, how do i know which ones are?
