First post. :) Be Gentle!

Bought a set of Halo H4 headlights to upgrade my standard headlights however these has a few extra wires that need to be wired in? What do I wire these into sidelights, dipped or main beam?
One is for two small LED'S that are at the to of the unit and the other is for a small blue bulb.
Any advice would be much appreciated and I did do a search before but couldn't find anything?

Thanks Arran

Hope this photo helps.

if you want the led halo thing to come on with sidelights. wire the live (red one) into the live of your sidelights and the earth (black) onto the body. and with the main bulb just wire normally. hope that helps

All that I currently ly have on my standard lights is a three pin plug for a halogen bulb and on these light I has a small blue bulb and 2 LEDs as well as the halogen. So do the LEDs and blue build wire into the sidelights?

or if you wanted to do it properly properly wire it into a relay
Or if you really, really wanted to do it properly, buy some headlights that are CE marked and road legal in the UK. That way you won't blind every poor ####er you drive past at night because of the incorrect beam pattern.

Well because they obviously brought the e mark in at some point some I'm guessing cars before they brought it in don't have to have them?

dont quote me but i think e mark has nothing to do with the car its the lights. all new lights that are legal are e marked.

OE headlights are a different matter. Any aftermarket part or accessory fitted to a vehicle must comply with Directive 93/68/EEC. This requires them to be CE marked. Although the CE mark is not tested at the MOT, if plod pull you and check your headlights, which is likely, as they are very obviously not OE fitments. Then you could find yourself in trouble.

They're only obvious if you are driving round with sidelights on not dip beam.

If they are boxed and as new sell em on eBay.

I just bought some with sidelight in and gotta get new bowls doh
