Had some bad news earlier, so had a little laning drive to settle things and to stop by the river to think a few things through ... forgot the camera so these are all off the phone cam, so not so good!

and a quick video crossing Elkersley ford and back again .. nowt special ..

Thanks, it does!

Whenever we have a family argument I just bugger off for a couple of hours, drive round a bit, walk along the river/canal, through a wood, whatever. Just sort meself in the head!

Had a chat with a couple of mates, it's nice to chat about it!

No sweat, it's all good now.

Aye! Either bugger off within your own house or even better just escape for a bit. Glad it helped. Looked like a nice gentle trip for a Disco.
