Series 3 makes me wee!

Hello!
I've been into Land Rovers for quite a few years since helping a college friend restore one during my teens. I currently have a very rusty 1973 Series 3 SWB with a somewhat thirsty 2.25 petrol engine.
I'm not entirely sure what to do with it as the condition of chassis box sections seem to indicate the rot is terminal
It's not just Land Rovers I've had over the years. I used to have a 1975 Toyota Hilux which also suffered from the dreaded tin worm. I'm also into VW-based sandrails which at least make spotting/treating rust a lot easier! One of these days I'll get a Chenworth rail.....
