Hey there chaps, a while ago now there was a lro magazine with some greenlanes in the yorkshire/whitby area, anyone remenber it and when it's from? (I've got it somewhere but can't remenber what issue or year it was made

It's not a BOAT it's an ORPA....other road with public access. The answer is maybe. As with all mapped RoW the only way to be sure is to check with your council RoW officer and/or county definitive map
