Pikey

Dummy Ejection Facilitator..
I went out today with a few friends from Humber-Yorks 4x4 Response and met up with a couple of lads from Yorkshire Mud runners. 1 of whom is also the GLASS rep for East Yorks. for a combined lane clearing / green laning day. Had a great day out Pruned back a load of overgrown vegetaion, shifted loads of rubbish and removed a few obstructions, that keep appearing on the lane. Photos are here

NO steel I'm afraid But we have had probs down there in the past wiv steel spikes glass & wood wiv nails in it been hidden under hedge cuttings. Few peeps have lost tyres down there. We know who it is. and funnily enough the meeting place was right outside their house. Must have spoilt their Sunday lie in when we turned up at 08:45,

No we was waiting for him to lift it high enough to get an airbag under it. Then we inflated the bag and flipped the rock over. So it was out the way.

ffs just tarmac it whilst ya there too, make it nice and easy ter drive along :p

[rant]This is exactly the problem genuine trail riders and laners face.

Lanes aren't 'supposed' to be hard to drive - that's what P&P sites are for. Lanes are public rights of way. Yes some are harder to drive than others but that's due to the terrain not an artificially created playground for people too tight to cough up for a P&P.

If you want to test the limits of your car/truck/bike that's fine... just don't do it on a PROW.[/rant]

Ear red a looked at the link an only got this,,,:D

Aye that's their noo replacement boat.. Well someone pikied there 110 double cab and the boat, just after we left. must have been quite soon after cos they foned and asked if we'd taken it by mistake. But I told em we never make mistakes..??:D
