Just picked up our new to us disco2, which has 3 newish tyres and one older one.- all different brands.
Looking to replace all 4 for the same obviously,
Standard spec ES with SLS & ALS, driving will be a mix of longish motorway journeys 2-3 times a year, home driving is rural South Wales and up into the valleys now and again for some light off roading.

Anyone got these tyres fitted? Read a bunch of yank reviews which vary from love em to hate em.:argue:

I can get all 4 fitted via black circles for under £400 which seems reasonable for branded tyres

What tyres? I am looking at some aggressive kingpin for sub £300 delivered. Or for a bit more
Malatesta kamel 265/75/16 on tyres direct

The tyres are Here

The price I got was £390, fitted at my local place 1.5m away

Just checked tyres direct, they're a tenner cheaper, but I'd spend that getting them fitted anyway

Hmmm....Looks More like a road tyre ? I'm after a 50/50 (off road / road) tyre looks like AT Grabbers ?

HTS is their road tyre, if you go for something more like BFG AT or GG AT you will get excellent mileage good grip on-road and in the snow, plus excellent off-road.

They cost more but last longer. Sizes: 255/65/16 or 235/70/16 or 255/55/18 - depending on the size of your wheels.

They do grabber at that size just had 4 fitted to my p38 but they don't come cheep £140 a corner

Yeah, had that quote to ! what do they look like once on ? I was thinking of putting on some 30mm - 40mm spacers to give it that "beefy" look lol !!

Hmm, found them fitted for £124 each linky

Look good, what's the road noise like?

These tyres were specifically designed to reduce road noise whilst giving great grip on and off-road.

I had the previous version and they were quiet, so these will only be better.

They look good and can't say I've notice any road noise wife asked why I needed mud tyres on a p38 so if she noticed the difference anyone would
