can anyone tell me how to solve my gearbox problem on my series 3 i cant get 3rd and 4th gear without double clutching what is the easiest way to solve it cheers

remove box from vehicle ,remove front cover in bellhousing ,remove top cover taking care of 3 x deyent balls and 2 x interlocks,engage 2 gears undo layshaft bolt 16mm socket,undo 4 x bell housing nuts 21mm or 13/16 socket knock off bell housing ,remove 3rd 4th fork by selecting 3rd remove 3rd 4th synchro unit
