Hi guys, my recently purchased 2001 TD4 Freelander is having gear issues. I'm struggling to get it into gear, occasionally the gear will grind, it started off with just 2nd gear being an issue, but now it's all of them.

Looking for advice on what I should check/look for in order to figure out the problem and fix it.
