Hello All,
I just completed a gear box exchange with a rebuilt unit from Ashcroft. This was my second time doing this task :FIRST AND LAST! Anyway I was successful at putting it all back together and she is moving under her own power but in neutral the gears are chattering a bit. When you depress the clutch it goes away. I am having a little trouble with the transfer case shifting as it is quite stiff and I suppose needs some adjustment. Any advice from you old pros gladly accepted.
