Needing a decent garage in the Chester /Wrexham area or if anyone local is knowledgeable /handy on the spanners and wants to earn some cash.
Iv had 2 bad experiences with supposedly landrover specialist garages and now need to replace my clutch on a 200tdi disco engined 90, so thought I'd ask on here.

No chance, these are the worst iv used.
You'll get your landrover back with bits missing, and only find out when you have a problem and then they deny having anything to do with it, even when they were the last to do the work on it!

that's one bad experience then!!
it does show how difficult it is to find a decent garage.

Well to be honest I do all my own work but people I know have had their 4x4 serviced there and had no issues.
I use them for parts and occasional advice and couldn't fault them in that regard.

You've been lucky then, iv spoken to a few people who have had similar experiences to me from them.
So I won't recommend them to anybody.
