The high cost of repaired and reworked bulkheads has left it Mostly an nonviable proposition to replace them, with this in mind and months of hard work with development!
It’s finally here our New Bulkhead! Fabricated from new 1.6mm mild steel plate from flat sheet to finished product our team has painstakingly replicated every pressing and fold to bring to you a double skin bulkhead at a competitive price. No more rippled twisted re-manufactured ones that need loads of fillers and work to get them presentable.
Our Bulkheads will suit 200/300 tdi, td5. We can also offer a puma style* bulkhead with solid air vents in 200tdi /300 tdi and td5 models. Our bulkheads are hot dipped galvanised after manufacture and come complete with rivet nuts and sealant to all joints after galvanising.
For a limited period offer a new bulkhead for £999! We already have had significant pre-launch sales so these prices wont last forever. A further saving of £150 can be made on a chassis and bulkhead purchased together.
