Hi final removed all the galvanised capping off my series 2a swb ( god there are a lot of rivets !) which I am in the process of stripping down before a full rebuild . Does anyone know where I can get small quantity re galvanising carried out ? Cheers

A quick google of galvanising in Herfordshire gives about half a dozen results - most of which I would think would help you out. Get on the phone....
