G4-Unit

As the name suggests, I'm about to shell out for a G4 - LHD, 4.4 etc. are there things I need to look out for with these? I've avoided LRs for years as all my mates ones kept falling to bits, so I've had to use my trusty Toyota LC80 to rescue them a few times.

tut tut tut i think you might have said the wrong thing

OMG - sorry, is the G4 the wrong one to go for??? :D

The LC80 is an R plate, 220k miles, never goes wrong, but too big and old for the trips I have planned for this year and next year and is generally full of crap too - but is is the vehicle I use to pull all others out of the goo from time to time, so sorry if I've offended anyone by pointing out that Landys break from time to time, but I'm sure most of you on here have had a few things snap off and / or go wrong..... I've managed to break half shafts and props on LRs before, not mine, but friends ones.....which went down well....

Anyhoo.....LRs are not the only vehicels you can get dirty in, and I need this one for the trips then it's off to the scrap yard - and I'll be after another one...maybe another G4 or a half decent 110

nah his converted from the dark(slitty) side.Welcome mate

Cheers - I'm not totally converted, and never will come all the way over, I like the old beast too much for that, and it's a belter when it comes to camping trips, as it's so damn big, you don't need to put anything outside - it all fits in....apart from the roof tent...which just looks feckin stupid inside, and doesn't work too well there either..... :p

I am quite worried that you are aware of such a band......I dont know who the hell you mean and am quite happy in my ignorance
