When i turn the key to the start position the 40 amp ignition fuse under
the hood will blow.
I tryed a new starter same thing happend.
any ideas

Could be a bad ground cable(s) from the battery to the frame and/or
engine. So the high current from the starter looks for other ways to
find itself a way back to "ground". One way is backwards thru other
parts of the electrical system. When the timing was off on my old LX
it put such a load on the starter motor that it melted one of the
small ground wires because the main ground wire wasn't enough to carry
all the current draw.

need to check wireing you got a wire bad and is grounding out trace the
wires form the starter just fix the same problem for someone else

Bad ignition coil.

(To everybody talking about the starter and the solonoid: Why would such a
fuse be labelled "ignition"?)

Because the ignition switch is what energizes the
primary/low-current coil of the solenoid? If the primary
coil is shorting inside the solenoid, it could cause the
"ignition fuse" to blow. No fuses on the
secondary/battery-side coil for more obvious reasons.

Just one possible cause...
