Just started ths week, thought it was other vehicles, but no I am getting exhaust fumes into the cabin.

Lifted bonnet and engine is fumy.

1) Where can the fumes get through from engine to cabin? Need to find the holes, but don't know where they are?

2) Why does the engine seem all exhausty, can't see any exhaust leaks?

Possibly entering via the heaters air intake, if so switch the heater to recirculate and the fumes will disappear.

I would suggest that you have developed an oil leak that is dripping onto your exhaust. Cure the cause of the fumes rather than trying to stop the fumes entering the cab.
+1 ^^^ happened to me when the turbo oil feed pipe started leaking at the banjo but any oil leak onto a hot part of the engine/exhaust would give you that

Not sure if oil as it did it from a cool start this evening.

Temp fix will be checking all the scuttle to engine bay gaps

Smelling as soon as I got to the passenger side after starting.

Smells the same as the tail pipe.

Cannot see or feel any leaks.

On passenger side not drivers side, nor front.

I think I am going to have to take off the heat shields and investigate further.

Will also need to block the two small end gaps into the scuttle and pack out the bonnet seal.

Hi, Make sure you have a good look at the" flexi" section of the down pipe where it comes from the manifold.
