After getting my '93 hard dash LSE back on the road after 6 weeks chasing a brake issue that saw me off the road...I've done around 50 happy miles, only to find a large pool of petrol under the car when I returned after leaving it running for a few minutes.
It appears the return pipe has split near the tank, so access is poor. I took the inspection hatch in the boot off to have a look at the pump, and the extremely rusty metal pipes on the top of the pump that the hoses attach to crumbled off in my hand...so the car is, once again, undriveable.
A new pump appears to be easy enough to locate, but where do I source replacement hoses? What does everyone else do when this happens? Does the tank have to come out for access?
Thanks in advance folks.
