yesterday when i came home with my son i noticed fuel leaking all over my rear diff on my disco td5 :mad: i suspect that one of the four hoses on the rear cross member has warn threw know how to do the job but just wondering if anyone knows a quick and easy way to remove a full tank of fuel as i need to remove the tank to renew the pipes :confused:

You can do the job without removing the tank.

To gain access to the top of the pump remove the boot carpet and access hatch, then disconnect the pipes.
 
thanks for the advice thebiglad i have had ago just finished couldn`t be bothered with removing all of the trim again like when i did with me pump so i just cut between the two seat fixings in case the rest go cheers
